Return policy - Merchandise for return must be purchased from The World Models Shopping Online website - Returns should be made within 7 days of the receipt - Customers have to be responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs - Returns for any reasons are subjected to a 10% re-stocking fee of the merchandise value - All prior shipping and handling charges will not be refunded - Returned merchandise must be in its original packing and unused condition, any returns with missing parts or damage will not be accepted - All returns must be provided with a tracking number as a proof of shipment, we are not responsible for the loss of returned merchandise due to the course of shipping - We reserve the right to return the merchandise without refund Defective returns - Defective merchandise must be returned to us, according to the above "return policy".
